Refunds, when approved, are issued as wallet credits through compensating ledger entries. Open a ticket with your order ID. Partial provider delivery may result in partial credit according to measurable remains.

Deposits that were never credited can be rejected during admin review. Approved deposits are not withdrawn to external accounts in V1.
